660. O My Fair! Loneliness bites me!

SONNET 660

By JH Sayyar

O My Fair! Loneliness bites me!
Past sweet days hit my genial soul
I fall on the bed like a rotten tree
Eyes weep as kids over the dole!
Spend time in leisure, think in lone
Days run fast, our wrinkled face!
Showing our past days have gone
Youth takes a new shape and grace
Let us console one another in rough:
Time: the best time of life; old age
Actually without you: life is tough
You leave me all alone I presage!

I play with your memories in solitude
You talk to me in kip when eyes mute
