70. Last night in dream I did mutter,

SONNET 70

By JH Sayyar
Last night in dream I did mutter,
Saw in the vision your fairy face,
You reject love as the cat butter,
Fools always faithful love trace
Strong emotions push our wisdom,
Reason follows emotions as we nose,
To fallow heart to see me dear come,
I weep for recalling your fading rose.
I think, do teach me past sullen days,
I commit mistakes like a foolish child.
I mourn over my luck when I gaze,
Your heart honey but eyes are wild

O Fair! Enjoy all heavenly pleasure,
Do learn how to hug, think in leisure.
