120. My Fair’s breast as soft as wax!

SONNET 120

By JH Sayyar
My Fair’s breast as soft as wax!
Her eyes add charm to your grace,
Looking at her pretty face I relax,
When in dream her image I trace.
Beauty adds some faults in whore,
Mars the face charm within days,
As the waves destroy the sea shore,
I write your thinking, not praise.
No beauty in face, in lover’s eyes,
No love on earth, sex binds souls,
One admits truth the others surprise,
Love and sex two opposing poles.

False lovers; live ten hundred years
Find in false love sorrows and tears!
