75. I see colored flowers in the town,

SONNET 75

By JH Sayyar

I see colored flowers in the town,
Each bud says, ‘I was your Mary’
I recalled you in the yellow gown,
Pink lips, mood was happy very!
Tears float in eyes missing you!
Me seem my poor heart is still ill,
To console , come my Lady’s woe
Pleasures come, my sad heart to fill.
I weep bitterly like a missing child,
You do appear anon in cool breeze,
I kiss your face full of honey wild,
I sleep whole night with love ease.

It is nothing My Fair’s love charms,
Eats my heart as dead by the worms!
