SONNET 60

All birds fly in search of food
All girls roam loves to trace,
Cheat in love, you know well,
In make friends must be wary,
Your secrets to never to tell,
O Rose! You must be chary.
Lie in love; a canker to gall,
Friendship; a self-treason,
I am sage, listen to me pall,
You cannot read false vision.
I am loyal as water to steep,
As orphans the killers curse
I am holy as the Jesus’ sheep,
Do keep advice in your purse.
