SONNET 109
By JH Sayyar
You cannot blame for loving you,
You leave me alone I hate no more,
I remember still your bill and coo,
My mind tells; do not trust in whore.
I give you glee but receive none,
Expect the false smile of sullen kiss,
Making me sad, now think to shun,
You life take, love does not amiss.
Love teaches always keep in mind,
The whore’s kiss rests on the money,
If you have wealth she to you kind,
All promises sweet like wild honey
False love leads lovers to a cruel fate,
Love breeds nothing; an endless hate.
