SONNET 292
By JH Sayyar
Same dress, same face and same gait,
I see Jessica in eyes like a floating fish,
I call her; but Ah! She does not wait;
On the Beach; murder of my wish,
Has something in your cunning heart,
Says nothing: I am waiting for you,
On the bay in sad mood, dear I start,
Calling for you, do listen to my woe,
Are you from the heaven or dark hell?
I see you at the desert darkest place,
Tell me your secret, otherwise, I shall,
Follow your voice in air you to trace,
Always she comes when I in mourn,
How I touch you: in vision I adorn!
