SONNET 112
By JH Sayyar
Dove are hunted in the country no rule,
Hawks fly in the streets rotten snails,
Stale meat in the beaks ignoring its yowl,
Vultures roaming on roofs with no tails
Lion leaving jungle roaming in the cage,
Forget preying animals live in the cities,
Eat dead openly forgetting natural rag,
Have no courage to frighten the bees!!
Lions make revelry with a pretty deer,
Lose courage to rule over the forest,
Jackals injure deer without any fear,
Lions dance on the call of hunter guest.
They are hunting, doves are being chased,
Looking at the sight, the hunter are amazed.
