818. Sonnet to all my Class fellows with Love and Respect

SONNET 818
By JH Sayyar

Love and respect my all class fellows dear,
Whose hearts journeyed close beside my own,
In halls of learning, bonds have grown sincere,
Through laughter shared and silent trials shown
Each face a flame, and a story yet untold,
Each voice a thread within our woven days,
Together stood through seasons harsh and bold,
Ah! United all still in countless subtle ways
No crown or fame could shine with truer grace
Remember, friendship born of mutual esteem;
In every soul, a candle light I can embrace,
A mirror bright where all our spirits gleam

So O God! let this sonnet be a tribute true
My heart holds space for every one of you.
