815. Sonnet to Prof. Dr.Madam Shirin’s Greatness (BZU)

SONNET 815
By JH Sayyar

O radiant guide where wisdom finds its throne,
In halls where words and meaning intertwine,
Thy voice, a torch that lights the minds alone
Who seek the grace of Shakespeare’s noble line?
With dignity thou dost the helm command,
The English realm doth flourish at thy will,
Through every text, thy soul and learned hand
Bring living truth and thought refined and still.
No storm of doubt can shake thy steady gaze,
Thy pen, a wand that carves the air with gold;
Ah! In BZU, thy name outshines all praise,
A mentor strong, yet tender-hearted, bold

O my merciful Madam, let time does attest
Thy greatness stands, in language ever blessed.
