SONNET 90
By JH Sayyar
Sitting near fire, felt my body pain,
To be away from it pain disappears,
Blaming the fire for it proves in vain,
External cause not responsible for tears
Neither pain lies in fire nor lies in you,
It is realizations and reason fails here
Man is a mini universe it is most true,
So true as the Lord and Moses’ affair
All worldly reflections in our mind,
All inventions the Supper Man’s will,
All others just physical beings find,
We find nothing, prove it natural skill.
All issue from our heart glee or gloom,
You shall know O Lady after your doom.
